The amount was already overwhelming enough with them barely managing it in time. How were they going to double that?

It was going to be impossible.

"Master Humphrey, we are out of cultivation resources and we can't afford to turn in more.

the chief of the mountain race pleaded as he knelt down towards the direction where Humphrey stood.

Humphrey's indifferent tone spread throughout the entire Sea of Chaos.

The words terrified the chief of the mountain race.

"Master Humphrey, please don't be upset. | was wrong to say what | did. We are, of course, going to follow your orders and hand in

There was fear in his tone over what Humphrey would do to their race.

None of them survived.

This ruthless show of brutality scared the rest into submission.

No one dared to disobey Humphrey's orders now.

This was how Humphrey had always ruled the Sea of Chaos.

"Yes, sir!"

After a momentary silence, submissive voices echoed their agreement in the Sea of Chaos.

Humphrey's face turned into grim satisfaction.

Austin sat cross-legged in a small world of the Fallen Divine Valley.

With his eyes closed, he remained motionless as the wood floated in front of him.

Unaware of what was going on elsewhere, he lay in a state of meditation.

A message sent by his statue master appeared in his Soul Sea.

Austin's focus was on comprehending the mystery of the mind power and nothing else.

Tpassed slowly.

Before he knew it, a hundred years had passed.

"Mind power is indeed one of the most mysterious and difficult energies.

It is because it's made of the thoughts of living beings.

Every creature has hundreds of thousands of thoughts every second of every day.

If one cultivates thoughts, they would produce mind power.

Mind power is profound, complicated, and obscure.

So it's impossible to resist its attack."

After a hundred years of meditation, Austin had a deeper understanding of this special power.

Without him realizing it, another hundred years had passed.

Austin still sat the sway in the splace.

That was how he stayed for the next four hundred years.

One day, he suddenly opened his eyes.

"I see. | have comprehended all the secrets of the mind power in this piece of wood!"

He gushed and burst into laughter.

Austin had mastered all the laws of mind power contained in the wood.

Now, his mind power was a thousand times stronger than before.

That meant Austin could end a governing god with his mind power in a heartbeat.

Now he was strong enough to take out the governing gods.

Austin stood up. "I wonder how powerful Humphrey is now.

With my current mind power, | guess | would not have to run away from him like before,"

he said to himself, feeling more confident.

It was finally tfor Austin to leave the small world he had been in seclusion in for more than six hundred years.

"First, | need to go visit my wives and my son."

It only took him a few steps to reach the small world where the FlHoly Land was located.

As soon as he set foot in the small world,

he released his spiritual sense in search of his son.

He then saw a little boy about five or six years old, strolling around with a few bottles of divine pills in his hands. He threw the pills
